it feels strained. u probably will not want to read anything like this coming from me. but it is. i can feel it and i know you can too. i know what is going through your mind after u've read the 1st few lines so far...that somebody is not trying hard enough. either that, or somebody is doing for the sake of doing, not because of the desire to do it. sigh.

beg your pardon for ignorance on our part for not knowing that the shuttle bus runs of the same term schedule, even during the mid sem break. pardon again for not asking to clarify and merely assuming. pardon yet again for not wanting to take the bus and prefering to walk up multiple flights of stairs although walking and the bus ride might have taken the same amount of time. pardon me for borrowing the vcds from my aunt because i couldn't remember the title of the korean show that you downloaded over the hols. and lastly, pardon our friend for coming to school to visit us because if not there would not have been the whole bus-issue and you would not have hung up on me.

it's not as if i never told you during the week that i'll be going home on thursday night because i have to visit a dementia home on friday morning at 9am at toa payoh, and it'll be more convenient to travel to toapayoh from thomson instead of heng mui keng. but you just didn't remember. i didn't mean to give you the attitude like that in the evening when bing and sha were around, that's why i called you thereafter at 8pm. but your tone over the line...is it so hard to say "bye"? or is it easier to hang up?
