had jam and hop pd treat on wed at crystal jade @ holland v. thanks keryi!!

a friend was there. felt a little weird seeing him. it's been quite a while. will it be like that everytime we meet? i wonder.

that night, ant cooked chicken mushroom apple soup with some herbs thingy. it was good...thanks ant mummy hahaha!

thursday was the last day of mid sem break. how immensely silly, i know. how totally ridiculous, i know that too. ant single-handedly whipped up 4 dishes for dinner - mushroom mix (with all sorts of mushrooms..black, shitake, straw, abalone), dory fillet cooked 3 ways, and terence settled our noodles since there wasnt any rice. dinner was soooo yummy! esp cos of the mushrooms of course :)

finally got down to watching "the rise of hitler" and "downfall" that kimhai lent me i dunno how long ago. really long shows, but i enjoyed them. not a knowledgeable history buff i would say, but good thing i watched it with U, if not i'd be lost so many times through the shows. the weekend was spent sleeping late again, very very late...sigh.

went to vch with sha and fe on fri night to catch bing's hall play. it was interesting, quite cute also. good job girl!! and we have to meet up soon, sooo much to catch up on...i miss you babe!!! *muack*

sat night, sha ck and i attended SP @ ucc. courtesy of terence, we were vips for 3 hours haha. funny money was good i say, a little long, but the overall feel of the production was great! comical, some parts were cheesy, but on the whole, it was a fun play to watch...the cast was good.

lagging behind in work again. din want this to happen this sem, but looks like it's happening again. buck up!!

mid sem break is over...that's too fast :(

planned to turn into a semi-mugger for a start last week, but never did that, or even came close to that. boo. last week was fun though!!

met terence last minute on monday while he was having a break in between filming. we wanted to go to the korean place @ heeren, turns out that they were closed by the time we got there -_- so i brought him to 1 of my fav cafes in town...blood cafe...and i had turkey cranberry!!! love that sandwich yummy yummy! met charlton there, apparently, he ace danny and farid did not quit, they were just working at the other blood cafe branch, somewhere near botanical gardens, somewhere that requires at least 2 weeks of adavanced booking to get a table over the weekend. oughta go there some time..

monday i did something that i love, but not done for a looooong time: sitting at a coffee joint and just enjoying a latte and cheesecake, with good company :)

went ice-skating on tuesday! must've been ages since i last skated...sec 1 i think! getting old...terence was a newbie at it, not that i'm some pro, way far from that, but we had fun!! and to Ter: you did good for a 1st timer, for a start, your butt din even touch the ice :p haha. watched casanova with him after that --> nothing special bout the plot, it was more of the dresses and decor and furnishings that were soooo alluring and so gorgeous!!

this post is a lil' late: something nearly happened that night, but it was put "on hold" cos somehow, something pulled one party back. she figures it's this little voice that reminded her of what's happened before and the way it turned out, maybe, just maybe, that's why she wasn't sure nor certain enough to agree. yet.

caught the movie screening of i not stupid 2 yesterday afternoon. had a free movie pass cos i signed up for something. lucky! the show was not bad, funny, quite touching, and.......the cast was cute. haha.

turns out that kim's family had free passes to, so they were there yesterday. had dinner with them at crystal jade before i got a ride home. so pai seh that his parents treated me to dnr.

din stay home long enough before ck drove over to pick me up, together w ant, terence and sha. 5 of us trooped down to newton for supper at 1145pm. they ordered so much food..baby squid, hokkien mee, chicken wings and stingray. haha, the look on their faces when shalynn and i whipped out some cash to pay for some of the food and drinks, was funny!! sorry guys, we cant let u pay for all of us all the time, feel kinda bad :) think the one who ate the most has gotta be terence!! goodness, how many chicken wings and drumsticks he stuffed down his stomach....hahaha!

we dropped by terence's place after that. he stays so near to huixian! and finally to ck's house where we almost fell asleep......thanks ck for the ride back home!!

hall life wasnt so exciting last sem.

din manage to complete my post the other day. it'll be completed next week cos my photos are all in com in school.

just a quickie update:
i've been so tired the entire week cos of immense lack of sleep. not sure if some of you haf heard me say this before, my memory's failing me, but i've not slept earlier than 4am this week.

the timings are like 530am, 4am, 430am, 530am, 6am, 545am. awww SLEEP!

despite the lack of sleep, this week's been awfully fun, in so many ways, i cant quite describe it. will post up somemore photos when i'm back in school.

it's 2 hours late...but still, happy valentine's day!

this year's vday was amazing and i had sooo much fun! never knew some of you can be sooo sweet! sweet to the extent that i was speechless. for a while at least.

thanks ant and ck for ur 3-tulip bouquet, and i like the purple wrapping too!

thanks sha for conspiring with ant ck and terence to create the surprise in my room....thanks terence for that awesomely huge bouquet! never mind if 1 white rose dropped off, the other 39 roses and 3 lilies are beautiful :)

thanks pak for your 12 roses!! u remembered the blue roses in yellow wrapper!

yesterday was hall's formal CNY dinner. it was awwllllriiight. sat with yiyu angie lvl 7 girls zaihao and junlong. initially planned to be a good girl and spend the rest of the night doing tutorials and readings which are lagging horribly, but oh well...guess i wasnt such a good girl afterall :p

there was block movie marathon which i watched for a while before heading down to eski bar @ holland v with some friends. 2nd time at eski bar although the 1st time was down at the circular road branch. it was freezing when i stepped inside, and the temperature just knocked the air outta me inside the freeze room. Freaking cold!!!!!!!!! the chocolate martini didnt help much cos it was awfully bitter and swallowing it was such a chore. thanks to ant who finished it up...

took abit of a shot of vodka freeze. tasted horrid too but 1 mouthful of it and my stomach started warming up abit. not for long though. haha. and i was back to huddling under the winter jacket and hiding my legs under another jacket and wriggling my toes furiously cos the thought of them being frozen and dropping off just kept occuring to me. eww freaky. haha.

after ~ 1 hour of 'deepfreeze', we had to drag our butts outta that room to the relatively warmer room in the bar. some of them opened a bottle of red wine which i took a sip of. decided i din wanna mix drinks in case history repeats itself and that would be highly embarrassing. just in case. had lots of fun and laughed alot till my sides hurt. not laughed like that for so long. feels good to start the engine again.

our night adventure din stop there. there was still supper at 3am. some stuff that i suppose was not meant for some of our ears came out, accidentally or not. haha. some stuff that i rather they keep to themselves came out too, alot of times, that was no accident......haha. oh well. guess some of them haf good marketing skills and wanted to take the opportunity to engage in real-life application. right ant and ck? for matchmaking terence and i. haha.

there are limits to some things that we can or cannot do, but all in all, everything was just in the name of fun despite the gross factor :)

played cards till almost 630am before we decided to call it a day. slept at 7am and woke up at 930am for project meeting. i am soooo tired now. and this weekend is too short to do so much work. oh crap.

been part of a few surprises for some of these people, namely weiting @ ntu, huixian at her home, yewmun in school...it just feels so good to see their smiley shocked faces and know that they really do appreciate the efforts of us!

friday was moody friday although i helped celebrate 2 pple's bdays. sometimes, circumstances make it so difficult to look at an object or a target of some sort and merely think of it as what it appears to be. it's that element of knowing that you have memories of all sorts of stuff and events related to that target object gushing through your head, and yet having to look like nothing's ever happened.

some people are good at that. i'm not.

i'm tired of this. how many times have i said that i'll make things different, for the better, and yet the situation just replays itself over and over again, like an old record that's destined to play that part of the song until it breaks down.

gimme a break.

5th day of cny, happy new year everyone!

new year this year was a little quiet cos everyone on daddy's side were overseas. on the other hand, it's been a little dramatic too. this cny allowed me to get to know some pple better and believe more in their abilities, but it also showed me the not-so-desirable side of others. well, there's always 2 sides of any situation.

on a lighter note, daniel came over on tues morning (chu san) to wish my parents and ended up getting grilled by daddy over his scholarship. hahaha. i went over to his place and we watched this movie "The Notebook". it's an awfully sweet show, and i really love it :) chuan's gf came over for dinner and we had yu sheng too..yummy! sent chuan back to camp after that, the poor guy's gone back to tekong again.

saw a waxing moon from my window in hall last night. it's just the way it's supposed to be as in the notes, not a vertical crescent, but a relatively horizontal one like in s'pore's coat of arms. got a pic of it, but it just looks like a mismash of lights jumbled together. lousy photographer.

last night was red wine night. haha. anthony opened a bottle of shiraz and while he and chee keong were drinking themselves silly, a couple of us were 'invited' to help them finish it. haha. turned red after drinking 2cm depth of it! how embarrassing.

told mel last night that i wanna make this 'new' year a good one cos i'm really tired of those horrible states that pull your mood down, it's just too depressing and it kills the attitude. really. so there, a little late for a new year resolution, but i'm gg to keep my spirits up!!!
