= Patching Hearts =

"...all you need is this little thing called FAITH..."

the hall production turned out better than i expected. agreed to attend the musical half-heartedly, but i'm glad i went for it. was suprised by 2 instances tonight: firstly, that fidelia composed and arranged so many of the songs sung during the musical! she's talented wow! and hehe, she was from my primary school, though we didn't really know each other personally. secondly, that clara sim can act - and boy did she play her high-class-self-centred role well, in a good way of course. she was from choir in sec sch (yup, my sec sch) but i had no idea at all that she could act! thumbs up!!

because xuan and 2 other friends were positively starving after the musical, we had a hearty meal at Cafe Cartel, supper for me, and dinner for the rest. xuan and i shared a delicious waffle with vanilla ice cream, topped with caramel-ised banana and peach slices...everyone shared a slice of new york cheese cake, which undoubtedly Cannot be compared to Melvin's oreo cheesecake! = Melvin, are you grinning from ear to ear??= haha.
