had aGREAT start to the new year 2005!!! went over to james's place yesterday evening after i woke up (at 3.30 cos i slept at 9.45.......). good thing this time the ngoh hiang stall was open, so yup, i brought some of that there, it's potluck anyway. J drove to the bus-stop with his best fren CK.

J's intention was to invite mutual friends, so i knew almost everyone there - sha, J, larry, stanley, shane, bain, jiahui, hongyi, rina, trevor. only 2 i didn't know were CK and mandy. there was so much food!!! fried noodles, chicken wings, salmon (personally caught by larry haha!), baked potato, fried pancakes, salad, mushroom + broccoli, fried sotong, jelly, fruits, ice cream, chocolate mousse cake, curry, ngoh hiang, can't quite remember! after dinner, we were playing mahjong and bridge downstairs while the show "kung pao" (?) was showing...such a lame show, goodness. in the meantime, larry and J were having a 'meeting' upstairs, so sha and i joined it. they wanted to play games with everyone, and had loads of 'nasty' stuff up their sleeves haha!

we spent the whole night and early morning in his room playing games, huang di, mao mao game, zong ji mi ma...etc. think everyone drank quite abit cos of the forfeits! oh there was truth-and-truth also. some pple revealed quite personal stuff, "base"d on certain intimacy, others had to make certain selection(s) among those seated haha! last night's score: rina-2; larry-3!

we all had breakfast (heated up versions of last night's dinner) which still tasted ok, at 6+. sha asked me bt my choice, but hey(!) it was either _ or _ haha! sha trevor and i were talking after that. think the lack of sleep allows certain things to come out, whether willingly or not. like how 'average' weighs more than 'pretty' haha. found out that CK lives really near me, only 2 stops away along yio chu kang rd. just as we were leaving, the weather showed no mercy and rained down on us. just like that. sigh, this weather is seriously getting frm bad to worse. CK and i took 163 home...

yup, generally had alot of fun, laughed till tears came out, got to know new pple too--> thanks james! ok slept at 8+ this morning when i came home and now its back to bed!
